Attainment at the end of Key Stage 1 and 2- academic year 20182019
Attainment at the end of Key Stage 1 and 2
I am pleased to share with you our results of our statutory assessments taken by the Year 2 and Year 6 children this year 2021/2022. Given the impact of the pandemic on school and college performance data, the government has said you should not make direct comparisons between the performance data for one school or college and another, or to data from previous years. The performance data as published byt he Secretary of State can be found on the following website and is related to the data on 2019: Broad Hinton Church of England Primary School - GOV.UK - Find and compare schools in England (compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk) Below are the results for your quick reference:

As communicated in previous newsletters, the high standards expected by our children by the government is still causing a lot of controversy in the school and the public domain but as OFSTED have recognised we have continued to have a broad and balanced curriculum that includes a lot of fun and enjoyment. The members of teaching staff are very proud of the children in our school and of the effort and attitude they show towards work at home and school. It is both of these attributes and the partnership between home and school that encourage the children to do well in everything they do at school. Thank you for your continued support.
